FLEX FRIDAY 💪🏾✨

Yes, we’re celebrating the RESULTS… but I need you to understand what happened BEFORE the results.

She kept showing up.
She trained even when she wasn’t motivated.
She had weeks that weren’t perfect.
She stayed accountable.
And little by little… she got STRONGER. 🔥

That’s what we do over here.

We’re not looking for perfection. We’re helping women build the consistency, discipline and confidence to make fitness a part of their LIFE.

So when you see one of our ladies winning, don’t just think, “I wish I could do that.”

Think: “If I stay consistent, what could MY progress look like?” 👀💕

👏🏾 Drop some love for our girl in the comments!

💕IT’S Women’s Wellness Expo WEEK 💕

Ladies, we are officially in EXPO WEEK, and we are down to our LAST 6 SPOTS🥹🎉!!

This Saturday is all about women showing up for ourselves, connecting with one another, moving our bodies, pouring back into ourselves and simply having a GOOD time together.

When you sign up, you’ll have an opportunity to tell us who invited you. Every woman who invites someone to attend will be entered into our GRAND PRIZE drawing — and the woman who brings the MOST guests will get an additional entry! 👀🎉

Our Grand Prize includes:
💆🏾‍♀️ A 60-minute massage
🍽️ A dinner gift card

Because listen… we’re talking about WELLNESS, okay?! 😂💕 You deserve a little rest, relaxation AND somebody else cooking dinner!

Every share and every invitation helps us continue creating spaces like this for women in our community. 🫶🏾

We cannot WAIT to see y’all THIS SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26TH! 💕
