Meet Alexandra Ruth – Fitness & Yoga Instructor at Body Zone ✨
Alexandra is a certified Fitness Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and Yoga Teacher who has been teaching since 2021—but her passion for movement began long before that. With years of dedicated training and practice, she brings a deep understanding of how mindful movement can build strength, balance, and resilience in both body and mind.
Her classes combine functional fitness with yoga and breathwork, creating an experience that challenges the body while calming the nervous system. You’ll sweat, stretch, and strengthen—but also leave feeling grounded, centered, and reconnected with yourself.
From guiding group classes in Bali, Indonesia, Mexico, and South Florida to leading transformational retreats in the Florida Keys, Alexandra has helped countless students embrace movement as medicine. ✨ Farewell to One of Our Favorites ✨
This week, we say goodbye to one of our incredible spin instructors who has been with us for the past 8 amazing years. He has brought so much energy, passion, and dedication to every class, and we’ve shared so many great times together as a gym family.
He’s heading off to pursue an amazing new opportunity outside of Key West, and while we’ll miss him deeply, we couldn’t be prouder. 💙
Join us in celebrating him during his final spin classes this Friday and Saturday at 9:00 AM. Let’s pack the studio, show our appreciation, and send him off with the love and support he deserves. 🚴✨
