Big shout out to Coach AJ on heading to the Magic City CrossFit Semifinals in Birmingham, AL!
He was one of 40 athletes invited to compete for 3 spaces into the 2026 CrossFit Games.
Big event, stronger person.
AJ had two Top 5 finishes, but ultimately landed 9th on the leaderboard. Some big wins and bigger lessons, but we couldn’t be more proud to have him as a part of our community and how impressive his performance really was!

Hyrox Training starts HERE!
Starting May 1, CrossFit Mile Zero is opening their Hyrox Training Club to 6 days a week.
Every session is coached, scalable, and build to help you move better, enhance your transitions, and build your engine.
Hyrox will visit Tampa October 23-25 and we want you to be prepared. Being a part of our Training Club gets you early bird access to registration and a team of athletes training with the same goal in mind.
Finish fast. Finish strong.
• No CrossFit experience required.
• No fundamentals course needed.
• Open to all members and nonmembers.
Our new schedule for Hyrox is as follows:
• Monday-Friday: 7AM
• Saturday: 8AM
