We specialize in Reining Horses but cover all aspects of the equine industry. Our main location in King, North Carolina supports all of our training.

We maintain the original location in Kernersville, NC where Kelly grew up learning from his father and becoming a master horseman. His mother still lives on the farm, which we leverage for hay and lease for farming. Thank you to all of our long time customers for your continued support through the years and welcome to all new clients whom we hope to keep around for years to come! Everyone else, feel free to stop by anytime! Kelly Sapp is the owner and trainer at San Up Farm with 20+ years of professional experience. He carries with him a long list of accomplishments in the equine industry including but not limited to the following: two-time Quarter Horse Congress Freestyle Reining Champion; High Point Reining in the Nation; Tradition Futurity Champion; Dixie Futurity and Derby Champion; as well as many Congress and AQHA World Show Top Tens. Kelly has also coached one APHA World Champion, two AQHA High Point Amateur Champions, numerous clients to Congress Top Tens, and many State Champions. Furthermore, he has been invited to put on training clinics around the country during his career. Kelly is an approved NRHA judge and has been actively judging for the past 10+ years.
