Spike has been putting in the work for the last 5 years! He is always prepared to shoot it on the court, but more importantly he is prepared for life. He has established a clear connection between effort and outcomes.

And every shot that he has put up for the last 5 years, is calibrated and recorded so he can see just how far his work has brought him
