Coach Bill Beecher and Kevin McDonnell got in a training ride today with Kevin’s daughters as they get ready for their upcoming triathlon - Personal Best Racing K-Town on the River.

IRONMAN 70.3 Muncie ✔️

A day that started with calm water and ended in a monsoon.

Congratulations to our BPC athletes:

🏅 John Pemberton — 6th AG and a strong finish despite the challenging conditions.

🏅 Bill Beecher — 2nd AG and qualified for the 2027 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship.

From smooth starts to torrential rain, both athletes kept moving forward. Proud to coach athletes who show up and get the job done, no matter what race day brings.

Race day is the reward for months of early mornings, long work days, adjusted plans, and consistent training.

Proud of these BPC athletes for showing up at Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga and putting the work to the test.

💪🏻 Kevin McDonnell adjusted the plan, completed the swim, and blistered the bike, all to keep up his fitness, race what he could, and enjoy the camaraderie.
🔥 John Pemberton continued building fitness while balancing training with a busy career and came out with a strong race.
🥇 Bill Beecher came away with the age group win.

Triathlon season kicked off as a Duathlon at Spirit of Kona by !
The canceled swim didn't slow these two BPC athletes down.
