#ownyourmentalgame We train coaches on how to get the most out of themselves and their players by creatively addressing mental aspects of the game.
At Courtex Performance LLC, we help players and teams develop mental toughness by teaching them how to elevate their confidence, manage their emotions, increase their focus, develop their communication and leadership skills, and enhance team chemistry. Additionally, we help coaches and basketball professionals (e.g., front office personnel) develop their philosophies and prepare for job opportunit
ies by creating professional portfolios and other resources and engaging in mock interviews. We also assist basketball organizations that are looking to change or strengthen their internal culture through communication training, creative player and employee assessment, and more. Our approach is based on a collaborative relationship with our clients as we value our clients’ input and strive to build trust throughout the consulting process.
