The September 27 truck is already more than HALF spoken for, and I’m taking pre-orders now.

With demand moving this fast, pre-ordering is the best way to make sure your hay is on the truck. Orders are filled first come, first served, and there are no holds.

WHAT I DO WHEN I’M NOT SELLING HAY ✈️🌾

Thistle Dew isn’t my full-time job, but it’s a role I’m pretty happy to fill.

When I’m not at the farm slinging hay, answering forage questions, coordinating trucks, or trying to figure out where I’m going to put 36 bundles…I’m flying airplanes. It’s a pretty cool gig. ✈️

So, bottom line: bear with me between our scheduled trucks. Bear with me when I’m not available for a mid-week hay grab. And definitely bear with me when I look at you and ask, “Do you know how to drive a tractor?” 😂

Shout out to Shannon's hubby for answering that question correctly when I needed him. 🙌

This little hay business has grown fast, and the predictable truck schedule, pre-orders, and scheduled pickups are what make it possible for me to keep quality forage moving through here while still occasionally leaving Texas to go do my other job.

Apparently my life revolves around horsepower either way. 🐴✈️🌾

🌾 SOLD OUT. AGAIN.

As of today, we are completely sold out of hay. The last few bales disappeared this afternoon.

I cannot stress enough the value of pre-ordering off our incoming trucks. It is still HOT, available grass is disappearing, and demand for quality forage is not slowing down.

And, well… our hay is beautiful, consistent, independently analyzed by cutting, and apparently a fan favorite with the forage animals. 😂

I’m doing everything I can to get another truck here before the end of September, but our regular monthly trucks will continue on a predictable schedule through the remainder of the year.

I am incredibly grateful. When we started expanding this forage program, I knew there was a need for dependable, quality hay—I genuinely wasn’t anticipating this level of demand.

🌾 36 BUNDLES UNLOADED BY 9AM. 32 SOLD BEFORE THEY EVEN HIT THE DRIVEWAY.

And 10 beautiful bundles of second cutting are already loaded back up and headed to Houston! 🚛

We are SO pumped about how quickly this forage program is growing, and none of it happens without the people behind it.

A huge thank you to Sam Tucker and TQL Total Quality Logistics for continuing to keep our trucks moving, and to Pargin Ranch for going the extra mile to load our bundles specifically for our operation—cutting down on waste and making unloading dramatically faster. And, as always, for delivering the consistent, top-quality forage our customers have come to expect.

Most importantly, THANK YOU to our customers. You guys continue to put an incredible amount of trust in us, especially as we expand our forage lineup, and we don't take that lightly.
