By walking while creating words from a ball covered in letters, our boxers are challenging both their body and brain at the same time. This type of dual-task training is especially valuable for people living with Parkinson's disease because it helps improve:

Push-ups don't have to be done on the floor to make a difference! Wall push-ups are a safe, effective exercise that helps people with Parkinson's build the strength and movement patterns they need for everyday life.
Here's why they're so important:
🥊 Build Upper Body Strength – Strengthens the chest, shoulders, triceps, and core, making it easier to push up from a chair, open heavy doors, and carry groceries.
⚖️ Improve Balance & Stability – Holding the body in a straight line while pushing away from the wall challenges posture and core stability, both of which are often affected by Parkinson's.
