We’re excited to participate in the Danville 4th of July parade again this year! All students are welcome to join us.

The Kiwanis-Danville 4th of July Parade is next week, and it's time to prepare for the annual festivities! This year’s parade kicks off at 9 a.m. at Railroad and Hartz Avenue and ends at San Ramon Valley Boulevard and Town and Country Drive. Sidewalk space is available for bring-your-own-seating on a first come, first served basis after 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3. Unattended seating positioned along the route prior to 6 p.m. are subject to removal. Please DO NOT USE CHALK OR TAPE to reserve your spots. Please join us in wishing Grandmaster Buckley a happy birthday today! His dedication to the system of Bok Fu Do and to his teacher, Senior Grandmaster Lee, has been one of the most important reasons for the success of our organization. Grandmaster Buckley’s ability to influence and inspire his students is felt on a daily basis through his example of unwavering dedication, authentic passion for the subject, and unparalleled care for each individual he teaches. His martial arts accolades and accomplishments are substantial, but we believe that his true success comes from the countless lives he’s changed for the better over the last nearly four decades. For all of this and many more, all of your students in Bok Fu Do wish you a very Happy Birthday and hope you feel the deep appreciation and gratitude for all you have done and continue to do for us each day.

Happy International Women’s Day! We are very proud and honored to have such a dedicated, hard-working group of women at East West Kung Fu, and we would like to take the time to say thank you all for your commitment to Bok Fu Do and the IBFDA!

Senior Grandmaster Lee, we thank you for your years of dedication to the system and your students. Your time, effort and care in developing the highest quality students in mind body and spirit, has led to success on every level of martial arts competition and has earned Bok Fu Do international recognition.

It is an honor to study under Senior Grandmaster Lee and to continue to fulfill a long legacy of representing his life's work, Bok Fu Do. Thank you, Senior Grandmaster Lee, and Happy Birthday from all of your students!

We would like to wish a very happy birthday to Master Newman! As General Manager of Richard Lee’s East West Kung Fu Schools, 1st Generation Disciple of Senior Grandmaster Lee, and a 5th Degree Black Belt, Master Newman has been a key player in the development of the system and the day-to-day of our schools. We are very lucky to have Master Newman as a consistent presence and a role model. We are very thankful for your incredible example, commitment to the system, and kind heart

We celebrated the end of a fantastic year with our management team yesterday! We are incredibly grateful for this hardworking team of people. They are a major reason that East West is such a special and meaningful place for our students. We could not do it without each one of them and we want to take moment (in our little corner of the internet here) to acknowledge their hard work and dedication to Bok Fu Do. Onwards and upwards with another incredible year at East West!
