they were strangers once too.

Happy, happy birthday to our most recent barre925 teacher addition, Jamie! 🥳🎉

We love that y’all have been loving her calm (but challenging!) vibes, hands on adjustments, and variations that keep you on your toes! We knew she’d be a great addition to the team, and so glad y’all agree!

Wishing you a restful and fun day 🫶

her turn. 🍂

you know exactly who we're talking about.

the one who keeps saying she wants to try something new. the one who's been watching you get stronger and asking what barre is like. the one who spent all summer putting everyone else first and never quite made it to the top of her own list.

fall is back. the schedule is set. and this week — it's her turn.

bring her to the barre925 open house september 8–13 and her first class is on us. sign up together, show up together. 🤍

and when she joins? you earn a $50 referral credit toward your next purchase.

link in bio to book both your spots.

we're bringing it back. 🌊

after two incredible retreats in Sayulita and a community that has grown so much since then — we're ready to plan the next barre925 retreat. and we want your input before we do.

we're thinking february or march 2027. we're thinking somewhere warm. we're thinking a small group of people who want to move their bodies, slow down, and actually get to know each other outside of the studio walls.

sound like you? we have a few quick questions — link in bio to weigh in. it takes less than 2 minutes and genuinely shapes what we plan.

if you went to Sayulita — we especially want to hear from you. and if you didn't but always wished you had — this is your chance. 🤍

09/01/2026

if something has been stopping you from trying barre925 — this one's for you. 👇

we've heard every reason. and we have an answer for every single one.

swipe through and save this. and when you're done — link in bio to book your free class during our fall open house, september 8–13.

the only thing you need is to show up once. 🤍
.
