It's been a while since I talked about getting out of your comfort zone.

The benefits are incredible. You will learn what you are truly capable of.

You will leave the "I can'ts " behind and expand your human experience further than you thought possible.

We did a climb today I have never done. It was challenging, scary and exciting all at the same time. We did not know the path up or down. But we did it. With grace, patience, endurance, and positive talk. We did it !

Thank you ladies for joining me today for such a liberating experience. We laughed so much all the way through it. 🤣🤣🤣🤣I think that's what got us through it. Lol🤣

Ending with a much needed sound shavasana. Perfecta !

If you happen to be in Las Vegas this weekend !

09/03/2026

As the weather finally starts to cool down in Vegas, Red Rock Canyon is calling. Taking time out of our go go go lifestyle to get quiet in nature is medicine for our souls.

"Into nature I go to release myself of the conditions of this world, and connect with my soul"

When you are ready, you know where to find me 😝

Hiking season is officially open! Dm me to make a reservation.

08/13/2026

5am hike to the top of Blue Diamond Mountain overlooking the Las Vegas valley 360 degrees panoramic view as the sun was rising and it finally the weather cooled down enough for us to do this 🌤 we did a powerful yoga, meditation session. Ending with a gong shavasana.

Wahe guru 💫

Thank you for joining me this morning🙏❤️

Lions Gate 8/8

Sirius the brightness star in the sky lines up with the earth, the sun is in Leo, spiritual traditions
believe this time to have the highest energy for manifestations. Setting intentions, letting go of old habits that no longer serve you, visualize future goals. The number 8 represents abundance, power and infinity.

Just another reason to be still, meditate, and then take action.

This life! Our evolution! Our ascension! The remembering! The journey home!

What is it all about for you ?

For me: this is the road to self mastery! Master self. Master life. The mystery and the remembering is and always been inside of US.

Are you still looking outside of yourself to fill that void?
(Turn off all your distractions)

Sit alone! Breath! Meditate! Become zero! Be nothing! This is where you will find everything!

Mantra: I AM that I seek. Welcome home!
