I want to make it clear that I am YT so that YT folks don’t tune out and MEXICAN-AMERICAN so that I honor my lineage
The work won’t do itself and the thing I see lacking always is self-reflection and accountability. Our responsibility to the present and future is too big to allow it to be normalized. I don’t think this needs to be done on social media but I don’t see it often in spaces that are now very shallow or preachy.
Wellness requires more of us- if we want it for everyone.
The problem is many don’t and indifference is becoming aspirational too
and I’m not sure what we do with that.
As a NON-FINANCIALLY INDEPENDENT femme- give me this sunset light and bad bitch group any day to yap.
I have 6 figures of student loan debt and that’s my irony chain as a first gen academic that thought if I did the right things and followed the rules I’d be rewarded. ⛓️💥 It’s from law school and having to go into forbearance for health/medical issues. The way student loans are set up- truly are not like other forms of debt so it’s not like a mortgage or car note.
As a biz owner I didn’t want to go in and keep women underpaid and in doing so I’m the most underpaid one 😂 if I had a dollar for every time I’m told we are overpriced I’d be paid more than I am currently💀
I’m not complaining- I’m wanting us to think and talk and solve problems… that’s communal and collaborative! I love a yap session- what do we want to yap about folks? If you all don’t interact with us here I’m going to lose my mind
We can’t do community without community 💕
A niche experience for folks that have higher standards for themselves and each other 🌺
We believe we all deserve more and also are painfully aware the goals can’t be achieved without many of us working together in collaboration over competition
Consideration is the bare minimum and we look forward to a future where we all have a little more ease and enjoyment in all aspects of our lives. We are worth fighting for and so is the beautiful planet we all call Mother.

Roulette is a signature class at that can be any combo of apparatus and style based on the instructor and the levels that show up to class.
This optional inversion was the goal move for today. Video maybe to come!
Reminder Mat class with tomorrow is how you truly prepare for these and any time you are inverting on the reformer or tower; you need to think about what is required to do it on your own!
