VITAL MVMNT is looking to add a personal trainer, ready to coach and motivate our afternoon Small Groups!
Small group training includes 4-7 clients focusing on building strength and improving cardiac health.
If you are interested and meet the criteria listed below, please reach out and complete the application listed in the comments! (This is a great opportunity for college students looking to advance their career further into PT.)
💪🏼 NASM, ACE, ISSA, NCSA, ACSM Certified (or willing to become certified)
💪🏼 Experience in personal or group training
💪🏼 Energetic and positive personality (MOST IMPORTANT)
💪🏼 Eager to grow with a team and build a clientele
We are excited to continue to grow and serve our SWLA clients with mindful training that produces impactful results!

We’re excited to introduce VITAL MVMNT’s newest trainer, Zaak Thibodeaux! 💪
Zaak is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, former Airborne Ranger and Combat Medic, and holds a B.S. in Health and Human Performance from McNeese State University. He offers coaching in strength training, corrective exercise, mobility, fat loss, and performance.
His path into coaching was built through discipline, service, and a passion for growth.
“My mission is not simply to help clients train harder, but to help them become more resilient, confident, and capable in every part of life. You only get one body to carry you through this life. My goal is to help you honor it, strengthen it, and carry it well through every chapter of life.”
We’re thrilled to have Zaak on the team and can’t wait to see the impact he makes!
