Shoutout and .deviled.meggs on their much deserved Italian vacation.

Starting this week we are adding teen Jiu Jitsu to the schedule. This is for teenagers 13-17 years old, that are looking to train in an environment with peers their own age. No experience required.

We will also be changing the format of our Saturday morning class. It will now be a gi Jiu Jitsu workshop for lower belts to ask for help and advice. Upper belts in attendance will answer questions and provide feedback and drills. The rest of the time will be a be open mat, open to all gyms and affiliations.

Another great year for the team. Cheers to a New Year of new challenges and continued growth.

Tuesday: adult nogi 630, muay thai 730
Wednesday: closed
Thursday: closed
Friday: open mat 5
