* 14 &U/HS option for 7th and 8th graders:
Monday - Thursday 6- 7:30pm
Friday 7:30 - 9:15pm

**7th and 8th graders have the option to attend morning practices on Tuesday and Thursday mornings

Monday and Wednesday 7:30 - 8:45
Tuesday and Thursday 7:45 - 9:00
Friday 6:30 - 7:45

* Clinic: This group is for all swimmers age 9 and younger and summer only swimmers.
