We have a guest coach coming in this week to run our open mat Ziggy Sampson come in and get better this weekend as we wind down the summer and get ready to get back into competition (remember open mats are free during the summer)

Schedule update MMA / Boxing is moving thursdays practice to wednesday from 530 PM to 7 PM

Today, we will have 2 Open Mat times...
Our Family Open Mat will be from 10am to Noon. The cost is $30 per group of 4. Bring the kids and have some fun family time. We will also have our regularly scheduled Open Mat from 1 pm to 3 pm.

We will have pop, water and snacks for $1 each going directly back to support our Mission to provide quality, low to no cost athletic training to the community. Find out more about What We Do and Who We Are and get an update on opportunities for the upcoming Fall season.
