🚨The Michigan Heritage Rodeo is riding back into Lansing for its second annual celebration! 🤠

Join us November 20–22, 2026, at the Farm Bureau Pavilion for an unforgettable weekend honoring the rich heritage and contributions of cowgirls, cowboys and pioneers of color.

This year’s celebration will bring together exciting rodeo experiences, music, food, storytelling and family-friendly activities designed to entertain, educate and inspire. Guests can enjoy horse-care demonstrations, horse-drawn wagon rides, country games, hands-on horse and pony experiences, and opportunities for young people to learn more about horses and careers within the equine industry.

More than a rodeo, the Michigan Heritage Rodeo is a celebration of community, culture, unity and Western heritage, and we cannot wait to welcome families from Lansing and beyond.

Save the date and get ready to experience the excitement!

THANK YOU, LANSING! 🙌🏾🐎
Our city showed up and showed OUT for the Michigan Heritage Rodeo! From the arena to the afterparties, the love, the energy, and the support made history right here in our own backyard.

This was more than a rodeo, it was culture, community, and legacy in motion. 💛 We’re proud to call Lansing home, and we can’t wait to ride with you again in 2026!

There’s always one name you remember, the one that didn’t just show up… they showed up with love. With belief. With action. With support that made all the difference.

We are deeply honored to recognize Stable Communities Foundation as the Presenting Sponsor of the Michigan Heritage Rodeo. Their generous contribution made this dream real, not just for one night, but for generations to come.

They believed in our vision
They backed our mission to honor Black cowboy legacy.
And they did it not for credit, but for community.

Because of their support, over 4,000 people experienced something historic. Children saw themselves in the arena. Families came together. A legacy was revived loud, proud, and right here in Lansing.

Thank you, Stable Communities Foundation, for being the kind of partner who doesn’t just talk about equity and inclusion you invest in it.

This moment would not have been possible without you.

We are honored to have the support of the Michigan Legislative Black Caucus, whose commitment to equity, justice, and Black excellence continues to shape the future of our state.

Their presence at the Michigan Heritage Rodeo was more than symbolic — it was a statement of solidarity with our history, our culture, and the communities we serve. From legislative chambers to community arenas, they continue to uplift voices, protect legacy, and lead with purpose.

Thank you, MLBC, for riding with us — and for being champions of both policy and people. 🐎✊🏽
