NO ADDED SUGAR CHALLENGE MAY 2026 🚫🍩
Ready to get unstuck?! Break the cycle of constant sugar, cravings, and crashes.
No calorie counting. Rules are relatively simple.
Just removing added sugar and getting back to real food.
You start trusting your body again instead of fighting it.

Decide who you are gonna be. Take action and build evidence that you ARE who you wanna be. Call yourself out when you don't meet your standards.
Leverage cognitive dissonance and see what it can do for you. I think it could be huge.
I often find myself inhibited by the inconvenience of having to change for my workouts in the middle of the day.
Option 1 don't do the workout (wrong decision)
Option 2 push through the inconvenience and change, resulting in feeling rushed and annoyed
Option 3 (my typical choice) just workout in them Target stretchy jeans. 😆

You’re not confused about what to do.
You’re avoiding what you already know.
Sugar and processed foods are wrecking your health.
Cut them out.
Replace them with real food.
Stay consistent.
The first week is hard.
Then it gets easier.
Then it becomes normal.
It will take being strong... Good thing you're strong!
Now let's get started!
