We also want to highlight the powerful work of the Cheer for Change foundation which is dedicated to fighting school bullying and raising awareness about the signs that young people may be struggling in silence. From shifts in behavior to emotional withdrawal, recognizing these signs early can make all the difference. Together we stand stronger in and out of the gym. 🦾🥊
