Volleyball Fundamentals
Getting better one rep at a time Played vball most of my life (in Chicago). Played HS and club vball (in Florida), travelled the country.
Played D2 for Barry University in Miami, FL. Coached at my old HS for 3 years along with 2 years of club, travelled the nation again as a coach. Won a State Championship one year, and was runner up another while coaching at my Alma Mater. Big believer in proper fundamentals. Practice the right way and you will get better.
