What a great day of soccer for Atletico!

Our Boys U12 team had a competitive scrimmage against former players, giving the team a valuable opportunity to test new tactics, build chemistry, and continue developing together. The intensity and effort were excellent throughout.

Our U9 COED team also hosted the Ulysses Tigers for a friendly match. Both teams gained valuable experience, played with great energy, and showed tremendous passion for the game. The Tigers came away with a 5–3 win, but every player should be proud of the effort and growth displayed on the field.
A huge shoutout to the Ulysses Tigers for making the trip to Liberal. We appreciate the great competition and sportsmanship!

We are heartbroken to share the passing of one of our own, Natividad Ovalle-Camacho.

Natividad was part of our club family a few years ago, and his time with us left a lasting impact. He brought energy, passion, and a love for the game that reflected what our club stands for. More than just a player, he was a teammate, a friend, and a young man who will always be remembered on our fields.

Moments like this are incredibly difficult, and it feels like we are saying goodbye far too often. Our hearts go out to Natividad’s family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

As a club, we stand together in support and remembrance. Natividad will always be part of our soccer family, and he will never be forgotten.

Rest in peace, Natividad.

Our Atletico girls team played tremendous well today and showed great effort, teamwork, and heart from start to finish.

Huge thank you to Garden City Sporting FC and DC Dynamo for teaming up with us for the friendly scrimmages. We appreciate the opportunity to compete, grow, and build the game together.
