Island RIDE Kauai Island RIDE is a COMMUNITY driven fitness EXPERIENCE featuring cardio indoor cycling and strength training classes 7 days a week. Join us!

All experience/fitness levels are welcome! Island Ride Kauai is a community driven fitness experience. We are the first dedicated Indoor Cycling studio on Kauai, established in Lihue since April 2017. We added Strength Training classes in November 2021. Classes are small and individual focused so be sure to book in advance on our website. We offer 30 and 45 minute classes 7 days a week. All experience and fitness levels are welcome.
