This is what makes a community grow. This is what keeps you hopeful. It’s knowing that even if you’re not serving a high volume of people, it’s ok, You’re enough! you’re connecting with the right people—the ones who genuinely believe in you, support your vision, and align with your purpose.

🍃 Park Square FishHawk was the perfect backdrop for a Fall Festival today. We met new neighbors, hugged familiar faces, connected with members, and watched all the little ones light up in their costumes for trick‑or‑treat.

It was a meaningful chance to introduce and share The Root Studio 7 with the community. The turnout was incredible, and it filled my heart to see everyone outside enjoying the festival, the energy, and the gorgeous fall weather.

Join me as I guide you through a journey designed to transform you inside and out — mind, body, and soul.

This October, let’s honor healing, strength, and self‑love together. 💗

I’m looking for a dedicated volunteer to join me for a 15‑day Yoga & Pilates Sobriety Wellness Journey.
You’ll receive daily movement guidance, supportive sobriety practices, and a personalized nutrition and diet plan. This experience also includes one private breathwork session. Throughout the journey, I’ll track your progress and walk with you through each step of your transformation.

This experience is completely free — a heart‑centered experiment to explore how intentional movement, mindful sobriety, and nourishing food can shift your life from the inside and out.

I know boutique fitness, yoga, and Pilates can feel expensive today. There are so many behind‑the‑scenes factors that people don’t always see — the quality of instruction, the environment, the experience, the energy, the community. My hope is to help shift your mindset:
this isn’t “too expensive,” this is an investment.
