This week we lost a good one. Our recROC Coordinator, Matt Orta clocked-in his final shift and training sessions this week. Matt has been apart of the Lititz recCenter since he was a teenager and worked his way up into a leadership role. After seven years specifically working at recROC, Matt has entered a new season of life. He will be getting married and his new life is taking him to Florida to be with his bride. We wish you all the best Matt! You certainly deserve it.

With Matt leaving the Keystone State, a new recROC Coordinator has been selected. We are excited for Ethan Fox to step into his new role and continue to move the facility onward & upward. Ethan grew up lifting in recROC and has been working as a personal trainer with clients and you could find him manning the front desk some days. Now you can expect to see him even more as he brings his passion for fitness into his new role.

We added two new pieces of equipment this week along with a ton of weight. Hammer Strength Leg Press for those looking for a bigger push on those lower limbs and a Hammer Strength Jammer which is great for trining explosive movements. Come try them out!
