BREAKING: ATF guidance is out:
BIG NEWS FOR SUPPRESSORS AND SBR’s
On October 9, ATF announced a nationwide enforcement policy that will no longer require federal approval, NFA registration or a tax stamp for suppressors, short-barreled ri**es, short-barreled sh****ns and AOWs. Where your state allows it, a suppressor now transfers like a handgun with a Form 4473 and a background check at a licensed dealer in your state, with no Form 4 and no ATF wait. Your dealer and your state's laws have the final say. Machine guns and destructive devices are unchanged, and taking an SBR or SBS across state lines still needs an approved ATF Form 20. Every order ships to a NFA dealer in your state.
