Back in the summer, Unity had its first ever Scavenger Hunt! Students had the opportunity to stay engaged in the community by sharing exercises, katas, and other martial arts related videos. Still, we had to have a little fun too! One of the activities had participants share footage of their pets, and we won’t lie, it’s pretty adorable. At Unity, we come for the martial arts and stay for the connections we make.

On October 3rd from 2-5 pm, folks will have the opportunity to take our Lightsaber DuelFest seminar! You’ll learn how to duel, choreograph fight scenes, and much more! How many punches does it take to break through a piece of paper? This might look easy, but it requires a perfect combination of acceleration, technique, and precision. If you’re looking to improve your finesse and learn martial arts, Unity is your next destination.
