We have the BEST community at Koko! Not sure who left this lovely celebratory basket but thank you! It brightened my day and what a nice reminder we are celebrating 250 years on the 4th 🙂

This is what we use at Koko to clean. It's safe, cheap and produced from our amazing water unit at the club.

The same unit produces incredible antioxidant, anti-inflammatory drinking water that supports your entire system!

Fun time celebrating our amazing manager’s bday! 70 years fit, strong, fun and so supportive and loving to our community! Thank you for all you bring to all of us and Koko!

We are crazy excited to celebrate our latest Koko “Millionaire”! Amy Warren has been a treasured, long time “Kokonut”, who’s dedicated to her workouts, our amazing community, and ALWAYS willing to help a fellow member. She adds so much to our wonderful corner of the world and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate her achievement of reaching 1-million Koko points! That’s a-lotta workouts friend!

We want to thank you for all of the support, friendship and loyalty this last year +! We are so greteful to have soooooooo many amazing, long time members! Many 10-12 years plus, and of course our amazing new community as well! Wishing everyone an amazing new year full of everything! We can’t wait to celebrate 2016 and all it brings! Cheers🥂!

Even Santa’s elves know the importance of strength training! Strength prepares them to create, build and deliver all those gifts! Elf Ana is Koko-strong and ready to lead the crew!

Heaven gained a heck of a strong, witty, gentle angel last week. Bob will be missed, but left an incredible legacy and wake of love behind in the world he touched. Training him was a weekly highlight at Koko FitClub Ken Caryl! Rest in peace, “God willing and the creek’s don’t rise” 😉

The perfect workouts are rolling in! This incredible long-time member, Jennifer Jeter Skrzekut, wrapped up her second perfect workout! She’s always been super consistent and we are excited to celebrate her persistence and laser focus! She’s super fit from maintaining her Koko workouts and we love having her as a loyal Kokonut! Oh and her GIANT heart Foster’s puppies and works with disabled kids for a living. Koko attracts the most incredible people! , ,

Huge congrats to this lady! got her FIRST perfect workout after a very consistent year training at Koko. We love to share her story… we met her at an event and twisted her arm to give Koko a try. Despite a little fear and concerns with the technical aspect of Koko, she was hooked after a couple weeks, and her shoulder pain was greatly improved! She’s become an inspiration, and huge promoter of Koko, bringing us at least 10 new members. We are so happy to celebrate her success after many, many 99% workouts, she achieved 100%.
