Summer Yoga Bingo Started on June 15th and goes through August 15th.

Complete one bingo, you automatically get $10 off a workshop or a free guest pass for a returning guest. (Members can always bring first time visitors as guests for free.)

For each bingo, you get one entry into a drawing for prizes.

We've got bingo cards at the front desk (printed on pink paper). Put your name on your bingo card first thing so we don't have a bunch of anonymous cards laying around. You can take it home with you, or you can leave it in our tray at the studio.

You'll learn how the pelvic floor, bladder, bowel, breathing, core, and even your brain work together, along with signs of dysfunction, simple strategies that may help, and when it's time to seek additional support.

No yoga experience required. No awkward fitness expectations. Just real information, practical tools, and answers to questions many women have been told to quietly accept.

Have you been wanting to bring your kid to yoga? We have a beginner family Yoga class on Tues, June 24th at 4pm and all ages over 7 are welcome! $30 for a parent/child pair.

This is a fundraiser for Branch Line School PTO (located in Livonia not far from the studio).

Lots of you have been asking for Branded T-Shirts. Here's how I am doing this order. Choose your style, V-Neck or Crew Neck, and your color (any color you want of the ones shown) and your size (the District brand runs small. Order 1 size up.) The RealJoy Logo will look like the rest of the shirts.

I will have a sign up sheet at the front desk. You'll fill out your order and pay CASH upfront $25 per shirt. I'll take orders thru June 7th. I'll place the order on June 8th and let you know when it comes in. Let me know if you have questions.

Also, I still have a few shirts at the studio, mostly smaller sizes.

Just so you know, we are open on Memorial Day. Flow at 6pm, and Yin at 7:30pm, as usual. I'll see you tonight.
