Chest, shoulders, and triceps on the menu today. 💪🔥

✅ Bench Press: 4 sets (12, 10, 8 reps) + drop set
✅ Front Raises: 4 heavy sets of 10
✅ Reverse Tricep Pushdowns: 4 sets (12, 15, 17 reps) + drop set
✅ Arnold Press: 4 sets (12, 15, 17 reps) + drop set
✅ Machine Chest Press: 4 heavy sets of 10

The pump is temporary, but the discipline lasts forever. Every rep, every drop set, every ounce of effort adds up. Stop waiting for motivation and start building consistency. That’s where the real results live. 🔥💯

I told myself I didn’t really have a favorite exercise… but clearly I was lying 😂💪🏾

Pull-ups and I are in a committed relationship at this point. Can’t have a back day without hitting the bar at least a few times. If there’s a pull-up station nearby, just know I’m headed there first 😭👑

Me doing squats & deadlift: “Light work.”
My knees and lower back 10 minutes later: “Respectfully… absolutely not.” 😂

Once you hit 35+, every workout comes with complimentary sound effects, recovery stretches, and a 3-5 business day healing period. Deadlifts, squats, lunges… basically anything involving bending over got me questioning my life choices mid-set. 💀

2️⃣ Smith Machine Military Press
3 sets: 12, 15, 17 reps

3️⃣ Weighted Dips
3 sets: 12, 15, 17 reps

4️⃣ Machine Lateral Raises
3 sets: 12, 15, 17 reps

5️⃣ Reverse Tricep Pushdowns
3 sets: 12, 15, 17 reps

Simple work. Heavy focus. Real results 😮‍💨

At this point my abs are starting to introduce themselves before I do 😂

I love when men say women don’t look good with muscles… sir, where are y’all getting this information from? 😂 As a woman and personal trainer who’s had muscles for YEARS, I look AMAZING… especially in a dress. 💅🏽

Muscles didn’t make me less feminine. They made me stronger, healthier, disciplined, and fine as hell. 🤭

So respectfully… either get in the gym or hush. Because these shoulders and quads are eating every single time. 💪🏽✨
