To better meet the needs of our students, we’ve made a small adjustment to our schedule.

Our Noon Adult Class has been moved from Tuesday & Thursday to Monday & Wednesday, effective immediately.

This change allows us to better serve our community while continuing to provide the highest quality training experience.

This Saturday, July 4th, all classes will be canceled except for our 6:00 AM class.

Start your Independence Day by investing in yourself. Show up, get your training in, and enjoy the rest of the day with your family and friends knowing you stayed committed to your goals.
