You'll never accomplish much if you can't maintain consistency.
It doesn't matter whether we are talking about fitness goals or any other goals.
The reality is that any worthwhile accomplishment requires consistent effort over a sustained period, sometimes only days, but most often real achievement requires years.
Day in, day out. Doing the work even when you don't want to, regardless of how you feel about it.
Discipline creates consistency that creates more discipline and so on.
The key is to get started now... and never stop. 💪😎✌️
