Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours. I’m thankful for a looooooong list of things this year. Too many to list here. But thankful for anyone who shared a workout, a moment, or a laugh with me whether it was at Custom Fitness Solutions, my basement, or with me at JCC. You all have always been my favorite part of my job(s).

This Friday at noon I have a client doing a half reformer, half strength session at the house. She’s willing to share her time slot for the hour. $20 If interested let me know asap.

A few minor changes this month.

Thursdays there will be no 6:30am classes.
Alistair’s Iron Pilates class will be moved to 10:45am to allow him to set up between his normal Pilates class and IP class.

A few schedule changes to announce:

This week, Julie’s Sunday Stretchies has turned into a Thursday Stretchies!! It will be in place of the 4:30 strength class on Thursday 7/25. Stick around after for Alistair’s Reformer class at its normal time.

Next week, I’ll be taking a little time off 7/29-7/31. All my classes will be canceled during that time but Alistair will have his normal schedule next week. Pop in for a Tuesday or Thursday class! I’ll be back on my regular schedule Thursday 8/1.
