I find BALANCE with Pilates. The reformer is my go to before a strength workout as it gives me the warmup and dynamic lengthening my body needs before I hit the strength machines and heavier weights.
I also love how it makes my body feel after a day of heavy lifting, a trail run, or a bike ride. My body responds and recovers better with Pilates.

Now this is a throwback 🤣... but fitting as today is National Hydration Day! 💦

Heat exhaustion & heat strokes happen more than you realize.

When exercising outdoors, try beating the heat by going out in early morning or later in the evening. Wear a hydration vest or pack on longer runs/rides. I have a CamelBak hydration vest and love it. It's mostly mesh and stays put and doesn't bother me when I run.

Keep cool & hydrated this summer! 😎👊🏼
