We are super excited to announce our newest team member Nora! For Nora, Fitness completely changed her life and she strives to create that change in other peopleโs lives too. She is ISSA CPT, but but also has her Bodybuilding Specialist and Strength and Conditioning Specialist certifications as well. Noraโs range as a trainer extends from coaching a full body recomp, to just teaching beginners how to become more comfortable in a gym environment. Help us welcome Nora to the team

Meet Alaina! She teaches the 9:30am Functional Fitness class and the10:30am Yoga class on Saturday mornings. "I enjoy teaching those classes because I love watching people discover their own strength and build confidence in doing so." Alaina also enjoys sharing her passion for fitness with others. She grew up doing all kinds of sports and going to yoga classes with her parents. She rediscovered her passion for yoga at YogaST8 where she then received her yoga teacher certification. Outside of teaching, Alaina loves baking, reading, discovering new restaurants, and walking the park with her German Shepherd, Milo. โค๏ธ๐ถ

It's not too late to sit down and come up with New Year's Resolutions.
Here are a few tips to help you stay committed to your New Year's Resolutions:
1. Don't try to change everything. Pick a few things that align with your values and hone in on them.
2. Celebrate the wins. It's hard to form new habits, the more you can celebrate the wins throughout the year the better.
3. Be specific about your goals. EXAMPLE: Read more, instead your goal could be, to read 1 book a month.
