Most girls wrestle folkstyle in high school. Women wrestle freestyle in college.
That's why our development model looks different.

The Victory girls pathway is built around helping athletes succeed today while preparing for the opportunities that come tomorrow. From high school competition to national freestyle events and collegiate aspirations, every season serves a specific purpose in an athlete's growth.
While many people think of wrestling as a winter sport, the reality is that female athletes who aspire to compete at the highest levels need more than a strong folkstyle season. Women's college wrestling is contested in freestyle, making freestyle development a critical part of long-term success.
Every Season Has a Purpose.

Competition isn't just about winning.
Competition gives us feedback.
Every match answers important questions:
What worked?
What needs improvement?
Where should training focus next?
The best wrestlers don't fear feedback.
They use it.
That's why we compete with purpose.
Results matter.
Learning matters more.

Many families see wrestling as a winter sport.
We see it differently.
At Victory, each part of the year serves a specific purpose.
Preseason:
Prepare for competition.
High School Season:
Compete and apply skills.
Freestyle:
Develop new attacks and gain national experience.
Summer:
Build strength. Expand technique.
The goal isn't to wrestle year-round just to stay busy.
The goal is to improve year after year.
That's development.

Why does Victory Wrestling Club exist?
Because we believe wrestling changes lives.
Yes, we want to help athletes win matches, earn varsity spots, become state champions, and compete at the next level.
But those outcomes are built on something bigger.
Our mission is simple:
Grow wrestling through positive wrestling opportunities.
Every practice, competition, and conversation is an opportunity to help athletes become more coachable, more resilient, and more confident.
At Victory, success isn't measured only by medals.
It's measured by:
✅ Showing up consistently
✅ Learning something new every day
✅ Being coachable
✅ Competing with confidence
✅ Being a good citizen on and off the mat
Because in the end...
The World Needs More Wrestlers.
