Come join us for our HYROX classes!

Here is an inside look of what to expect from a class. We offer classes in the morning and evening, so get in and get it done, especially if you are training for the Denver HYROX in November!

We have been getting so many questions about run club, so Ruby is here to clear everything up for you! Regardless of running experience, we want you to join us at run club!

We have run club every Tuesday at 6pm, and it is a blast! Come join us next week!

We just had our July HYROX simulation last Saturday! Make sure to keep an eye out for our August simulation and come join us in classes to prepare for the Denver HYROX race in November!

Good ol fashioned firework fun leaving some awesome black marks in the street for days to come. See you at the gym to put all that protein you ate to work!!!

Tomorrow is our TWO YEAR PARTY! We will have loveandlattecoffeecart here starting at 9am and Angry Hippie Tacos at 11am! Local vendors will also be throughout the gym, so make sure to stop by them as well!

We are starting a Women’s Bible Study! This summer session will last 10 weeks starting June 12th at 6:30am. We will meet in the kids club and it will last for about an hour.
