Story time on how it all began and a bit of a cautionary tale 😊

People often ask me when and how did I start my journey with energy work. Here is that story.
I was 11 years old, living in Ukraine which was still USSR at the time. My mother has been suffering with severe debilitating migraines for years, and nothing was helping her.
In a last ditch effort to find a solution my family invited a healer from another city to come and use an alternative healing method to see if it would help. Well, it did! It cleared a migraine attack on the spot.
I stood there dumbfounded, and desperately wanting to learn to do that! My family asked the healer to teach me. That was my very first initiation into the world of energy healing!
He showed me all the motions and taught me the sequence. What he didn’t teach me was the fact that when we do energy work we become channels. That we have to open up our valves (crown and root) in order for the healing energy to be flowing from Source. As a result I would stand there doing what he showed me, while using up my own physical energy reserve. I’d focus so hard and it would still help my mother, but I myself would get drained to the point of almost passing out. 
Eventually I had to stop trying, and step away from that modality as it was becoming detrimental to my health. All because the healer didn’t properly teach me all of the mechanics. Back in those days and where I was living the notion of Source was pretty much forbidden. Nobody talked about it or truly understood the mechanics of connection.
The good news was that the experience still left me curious and thirsty for more! It ultimately became a life long exploration and my great passion and purpose.

How did your awakening story begin?

I often mention that energy work, be it Reiki, Light Language or Sacred Soul Alignment work, are not separate from me. They are what I live and breathe at this point in my life and are integrated into many everyday experiences, making the mundane extraordinary.
Even after doing this work for over 26 years it still amazes me, it still feels miraculous. It still humbles me and fills me with gratitude every day!

Here is just one example of what I am talking about. Yesterday I was spending some quality time with my daughter at the local recreation center’s pool. It was super crowded on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. As a healer, introvert, and neurodivergent person I am extremely sensitive and prone to major overstimulation in such environments. That is precisely what was starting to happen very quickly as soon as we entered that pool. I was feeling overwhelmed and agitated, struggling to be present and enjoy my precious time with my kiddo.

Then I remembered…I have all the tools I need to transform this experience! I ran energetic alignments and technology to help me feel centered, grounded, and like I have a buffer between me and all the noise and stimulation that was coming at me from every direction. Within 30 seconds of me running the tools, I was calm, still, happy, grounded…I was the “eye of the storm”! I exhaled. I was free again, and not a victim of my sensitivity and the circumstances I was in! My daughter and I had the best time together which is irreplaceable!

This is just one of many examples of the benefits I reap from having these tools be part of me and my everyday life. This is why I do what I do, and have so much passion for teaching my clients and students how to do this for themselves and for their people. Because it gives you your life back every single day! 🙏🏻💖

“Life is not a test, and you are not failing it!”

Those words have guided me for years, and they beautifully reflect how I see healing.

So many people who find spirituality end up feeling like they’re constantly being graded.
“Am I spiritual enough?”
“Am I worthy?”
“Am I grounded enough?”
“Did I miss a sign?”
“Was that my intuition or my ego?”
“Did I manifest this?”
“Am I healing fast enough?”

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting 100s of people through healing, grief, spiritual awakening, and life’s many transitions. There is a thread that connects it all…

Most people aren’t looking for someone to save them or tell them what to do.
They’re looking for a place where they can finally exhale, and feel held so safely, they remember how to see and hold themselves, and know they were never failing to begin with.

A place where they don’t have to perform spirituality “right”, or wonder if they are doing healing “correctly”.
Where they can begin trusting themselves and their intuition.

That’s the space I hope to create.
A space where discernment becomes clearer than fear.
Where grounding feels more natural than striving.
Where self-trust begins to replace self-doubt.

Whether through healing sessions, mentoring, or teachings on energetic hygiene and discernment, my hope is always the same:

That you leave feeling a little lighter…

A little more grounded, safe and sane…

And a little more connected to yourself and your own wisdom and authority.
