Succulent Yoga

I'm guiding a Mantra workshop Saturday for the perfect introduction or revisiting of this powerful breathwork practice and would love for you to join me!
We'll go over the history and common uses, discuss the language and purpose of mudra, and look at tools like malas for use in your mantra practice. After a few chants together, we'll settle into savasana so you can see just how to pair this breathwork with your regular yoga practice!

Join Diandra in this powerful workshop on how to chant mantra!

You'll learn the history of Mantra practice, it's uses and benefits, and how to choose the right mantra for your needs. We will also discuss and demonstrate Mudras, which are the hand positions and movements that pair with Mantra, to gain the best effects from this breath work.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring your mat and meditation pillow or bolster if you have one, and any other items that will help build a cozy nest for this session.

It's such a different thing, to be in front of the camera and not behind it! While I love doing photoshoots for students, I can't say it isn't fun being the model once I'm awhile!

It was a bucket-list opportunity to do a photoshoot on a boat- a real dream! Not only are the photos amazing, it sparked the awe in me again and I'm so grateful to be continuing my journey with this historic vessel. I'm looking forward to making other a reality when the ship docks up north next spring and hope to host one for all of my students and friends interested!
