This week, we teamed up with D1 Training Madison West to help our players build strength, improve speed, and learn about injury prevention.

A big thank you to the D1 coaches for spending time with us and sharing their knowledge with our Regent SC community. We're excited to put what we've learned into practice throughout the rest of the season and beyond!
