Our Homeschool Wrestling Program is growing! 🤼‍♂️

We’ve had more families coming in to try a class, and it’s been awesome seeing new wrestlers decide to stick with it and join the group.

If you have a homeschooler ages 6–12 who hasn’t found their sport yet, this is a great time to come try wrestling with us. No experience is needed, and we keep the environment beginner-friendly and focused on learning, confidence, and having fun.

FOOTBALL PARENTS… LET’S TALK WRESTLING!

Want to help your kid become a better football player? Get them on a wrestling mat!

Here’s why wrestling is one of the best sports for young football players.

1. GETTING COMFORTABLE WITH CONTACT

Wrestling teaches kids how to handle pressure, fight for position and stay composed when someone is pushing back.

2. REACTION TIME & INSTINCTS

One second you’re attacking, the next you’re defending. Kids learn to react, adjust and make decisions in a split second.

3. TACKLING & BODY CONTROL

Leverage, positioning and controlling an opponent. Skills that carry right over to blocking and tackling.

4. ACCOUNTABILITY

There’s nobody else to blame on the mat. Wrestling teaches kids to take ownership of their effort, preparation and improvement.
