Great start to kick off the Fall season. Boys went 2-0 on Saturday winning 7-0 & 8-2.
Stellar pitching, clean fielding and timely hitting got the job done. That’s Fireballs Baseball.
Pitching lines: 8+ innings, 5 hits, 2 runs, 9 K’s, 6 BB’s.
Game 1 went 5 innings, 2 hits allowed, 0 runs, 3 K’s & 1 BB seeing 18 batters on only 51 pitches.
Game 2 went 3+ innings, 3 hits allowed, 2 runs, 6 K’s & 4 BB’s seeing 15 batters on 70 pitches.
Defense 0 errors, 7 ground out, 5 flys and 2 pop-ups.
Hitting 15 runs with 11 RBI’s.
All around good performance to kick the season off.
