- Deep in the box

➕ Stride & load
- Keep hands directly in line w/ your back foot
- K**b pointed at the catcher
- 🖐️ pause 🖐️
➕ Explode & follow through 💥
- Head/eyes on the ball through contact
- K**b to the ball
- Palm up/palm down!! (Helps with bat path)
- Finish high ( higher than Coach Chris, he’s old)
➕No Load swings
- Quick to the ball
- Drive the ball
- Palm up palm down
- Hands above ball at contact
