To build long-term resilience instead of short-term intensity, here is how to bring true intention back to your jumps:
Stop "Blasting" Off the Board: Focus on your center first, limbs second. Lengthen through your legs and maintain deep trunk control instead of relying on raw momentum.
Land Like a Jewel Thief 🐈⬛💎: Your landing should be completely silent. Absorb the force sequentially: soften through the feet and ankles, flex the knees, and let your hips and glutes take the load.
