Jiu Jitsu friends are the BEST friends!
One of the biggest *and most underrated* benefits of Jiu Jitsu training for kids is the FRIENDSHIPS they make.
On the mat, nobody knows (or cares about) the clothes you wear, who you sit with at lunch, or what car your parents drive.
They just know that they get to see you a few times a week, embrace challenges and overcome obstacles together, and have a blast doing it.
It’s the best form of friendship.
When this is the “easiest” part of your day, you know you’re in the right place.
