Mother nature was very kind to the ACF team yesterday, sending some lovely breezes and CLEAR air 😅 for our outing at Silverwood HT.
The group took advantage of the beautiful day and achieved some huge milestones!

Abby Kay and Addie had a foot perfect day adding absolutely nothing to their PB dressage score of 30.6 to take the win!
Everybody was celebrating this hard earned, very first victory for Abby! Her smile said it all, and Addie clearly knew she had done something special. ❤️

Brookelyn Munson and Charlie had a much improved Dressage with a 38.2, and once again clear SJ and XC!
Just a few seconds of time on SJ had them finishing 4th! B works so very hard, and to watch all that dedication come together brings such joy to all of us. 😍

Ceara Mulvey’s lovely new mare Aspen had a minor set back, but our wonderful Elton was happy to fill those shoes! After their long partnership (2 rides 🤣) they managed to smoke the dressage with a 26.2! They skipped around the SJ and XC, convincing Elton that we can take a bit slower roll, they took the win from start to finish! It’s always rewarding to watch Elton take on another rider and bring them so much happiness. 🥰

As always we are incredibly grateful for the support of family and friends. We found out 15 minutes before we left the farm that they had moved all the times up almost an hour. Needless to say this caused a lot of chaos and we would not have made it in the ring without the teamwork.

And most importantly, thanks Frank Rodgers for setting up fans, manning the camera, wrangling dogs, and just being wonderful. 😘

It’s time to shine the spotlight on working student Brookelyn Munson and her wonderful OTTB Charlie.
She has done a great job bringing this talented boy along, and we were thrilled with their double clear run last weekend.

Always love her exuberance, and their super partnership.

And yes Charlie is a “good boy”!

Sharing Elton’s Cross Country run from FRVPC Horse Trials this past weekend.
It has been such a long road with this horse, starting with a year and a half long ordeal treating a neck abscess, followed by a long recovery from kissing spine surgery. We have always known this horse has exceptional talent.

Grateful to all involved keeping this local show on the schedule through the Preliminary level!
