Lagree vs. Solidcore. Let’s talk about it. 🤍
Similar workouts? Absolutely.
The same method? Not quite.

While both methods share similarities, their history, equipment, and approaches to training are distinctly different.

At Tone, we’re proud to offer the authentic Lagree Method, with proprietary equipment, certified instructors, and intentional programming rooted in a method that continues to evolve.

We’re also independently owned and operated right here in Meridian, Idaho.

With two studio locations, two generations of Lagree equipment, and a community we’re incredibly proud of, we’re passionate about sharing what makes this method so unique.

Swipe through to learn more about the history, the differences, and the evolution of Lagree.

Curious to experience it for yourself?
Your first class is just $20.

Lagree isn’t just a workout. It’s a method rooted in exercise science, built around slow, controlled movement, continuous tension, and intentional muscle engagement.

Every movement has a purpose. Every second under tension matters. And the method behind it all? That’s what makes Lagree different.

Not all workouts on a reformer-style machine are created equal.

Let’s talk about it. 👀

TOGETHER, WE RAISED $2,500! 🩷

Our hearts are so full.

What started as an idea to bring our community together for a meaningful cause turned into something more special than we could have imagined.

Because of YOU, we raised $2,500 for Bustin' Out Of Boise supporting local women navigating their cancer journey.

To every person who took class, donated, stopped by, or simply helped spread the word, thank you. Every contribution mattered, and every act of kindness helped make this possible.

A special thank you to TréBella Aesthetics and Slick Rock Tanning & Spa for believing in this event and helping us bring it to life. And to our incredible Tone instructors and team, thank you for always showing up with your whole hearts.

This day reminded us that Tone is so much more than a place to work out. It’s a community that shows up for one another.

We moved with purpose. We gave with love. And together, we made a difference.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Tone family. 🤍
