Since 1987, it has been the intent of Ballet Etudes to realistically duplicate the experiences of a

Ballet Etudes was created by Sharon Seder Meko in 1986 to fulfill the artistic needs of serious young dancers who desire performing opportunities of the highest caliber. Company members are selected through open auditions by a panel of adjudicators each August, and if selected, the dancers strive to meet the same high artistic standards of a professional company in their dance training, rehearsals

Creative Capacity Grants provide essential general operating support to arts nonprofits across Arizona, empowering organizations like ours to focus on what we do best: teaching, producing, and serving through the art of dance. Beyond our annual full-length spring production, dancers ages 10–18 take the stage all across the valley. We’re especially thrilled to join The Phoenix Symphony at Symphony Hall - Phoenix with Julie Desbordes this season for their Symphony for the Schools series in October, November, and January

Join Ballet Etudes as we celebrate the 40th year of our beloved holiday tradition, The Nutcracker. Clara’s magical journey unfolds with larger-than-life mice, sparkling snow scenes, delightful dancing treats, and the radiant Sugar Plum Fairy. Filled with beautiful costumes, memorable choreography, and Tchaikovsky’s iconic score, this treasured production captures the wonder and joy of the season.
