For the lift-a-thon, few weeks back, we had a great turnout and lifted some heavy weight. We Deadlifted 7,150 combined weight with the boys and girls teams. Last year, we lifted 5,595 combined pounds with all three lifts, squat, Bench and Deadlift. I would like to thank our sponsors, our lifters, Coaches, parents, and everyone who donated and help set up for the event. We raised $7,074.00 dollars this year! Thank you for your charity and commitment in helping us build a championship program!
