Phillips won the 500-yard freestyle (5 minutes, 2.19 seconds), while leading the Game Changers to the UIL Class 4A state title in their second year as a swim program on Feb. 13 in San Antonio. She also won gold in the 200 medley relay and silver in the 400 free relay.

This girl… she crushed it 💪🏻🔥

That second half of her 100 Back? Absolute grit. A true comeback that had us on our feet and going crazy! What a fight to the wall!
